The Annual Outstanding Woman Leader (O.W.L.) Awards were established in 1997 by the National Association of Woman Business Owners (NAWBO) Sacramento Valley chapter to celebrate exemplary women leaders in the business community.
The annual event has become a tradition as it pays tribute to top achievers among women entrepreneurs and the corporate and government leaders who have advanced the status of entrepreneurial excellence and community leadership. The 2020 OWL Awards moved from a live and in person event to a virtual event due to COVID.
Elizabeth was selected as woman innovator which is awarded to a successful woman business owner in a non-traditional or exceptionally innovative business.
