What happens after I gift HomeZada to my clients?
Once you Transfer (Gift) your client a Property, they get a Premium subscription free (a $99.00 value). After one year, your client can choose to remain on HomeZada Premium for a $99.00 annual fee by entering in their own credit card info or remain an Essential user for free (see our Consumer pricing page).
I manage many properties. Do you offer volume discounts?

Are there any recurring subscription fees?
If you Transfer (Gift) a property to a client, there are no fees to you as a HomeZada Professional user. If you Share a property as a property manager for mutual access with clients or staff, then there is a $49.00 per property per year charge.
Can I renew my online branding ad?
After your client uses HomeZada for a year, you can renew your branding ad for $5.00 per client per year by picking and choosing which clients you want to continue advertising.
Does HomeZada work for larger and corporate companies?
HomeZada can scale for very large businesses. Please contact us at info@homezada.com to schedule a call to learn more.
As a property manager, can I share a property with my client?
Yes, you can share a property with a specific client that gives them full access to only their property. This is a $49.00 per property per year additional fee. Here is a video of how this sharing works.
